腹泻和FUT1基因型对仔猪断奶后增重的影响(英文)

摘　　要：断奶应激常常导致仔猪腹泻甚至生长迟滞,仔猪个体与个体间在断奶后的表现存在差异。为了研究影响断奶后14 d内仔猪增重的因素,我们用140头同日出生的杂交仔猪进行了试验。仔猪在28日龄断奶,在断奶后14 d内每日记录每头猪的腹泻情况,并在断奶后3、7和14 d分别进行了称重。检测了每头猪FUT1(M307G/A)的基因型。统计分析结果表明,FUT1基因型与腹泻的天数相关,而平均日增重与FUT1基因型无关;腹泻的天数对平均日增重无显著影响;性别间断奶后表现差异显著。To investigate the effect of the genotype of FUT1 at M307 G/A site on post-weaning diarrhea and weight gain, as well as the relationship of post-weaning diarrhea with growth performance in pigs, a experiment with 140 cross pigs were carried out. Pigs were weaned at 28 d of age. During day 1-14 after weaning, the diarrhea status was recorded twice at morning and afternoon respectively every day. Pigs were weighed at birth, weaning, day 3, 7 and 14 post-weaning. The genotype of FUT1 （M307G/A） was detected by PCR-RFLP for each individual. The statistic analysis results showed that the genotype of FUT1 was related significantly to diarrhea days, while the average daily weight gain was not affected by the diarrhea days or the genotype of FUT1 gene.
