中草药添加剂对夏季奶牛产奶性能及养分消化率的影响

摘　　要：为筛选适宜的缓解夏季奶牛热应激的中草药添加剂,选择同一栋牛舍的82头泌乳中期奶牛,随机分为8个区组,分别接受4个处理,每个处理有南区组和北区组各1个。4个处理分别为复方中草药散剂A、复方中草药散剂B、对照组C、大青叶提取物T,A、B、T组每头牛每天补饲150,120、15 g中草药添加剂。结果发现复方散剂有提高奶牛的产奶性能,降低奶牛直肠温度,提高呼吸频率,改善日粮养分消化率的趋势;大青叶提取物能够缓解热应激的生理状态,对产奶性能影响不大。总体来看,复方散剂较单味中药提取物更有效缓解奶牛热应激,其机理有待进一步研究。This study was conducted to select optimal chinese medicine dietary supplemet to moderate the negative response in heatstressed cows. Eighty-two mid-lactating cows were randomly allocated into eight block groups to receive four treatments, one south block and one north block for each treatment. Four treatments were control or three diets containing 150 g blend of chinese medicine A, 120 g blend of chinese medicine B, 15 g Indigowoad leaf extract respectively. Results showed that blend of chinese medicine dietary supplement could improve the milk performance significantly, tended to depress the rectal temperature, increase the respiration rate and the total tract digestibility. Overall, blend of chinese medicine was excellent than Indigowoad Leaf extract to alleviate the negative response of cows in hot season.
