摘  要:我国是世界第一焦炭生产大国,由于焦化厂炼焦用煤为洗精煤,因此普遍存在含水量高(9%~12%)的问题。采用炼焦煤调湿技术,将入炉煤稳定在6%左右,可降低炼焦耗热量,提高焦炉生产能力,改善焦炭质量,并可延长焦炉寿命。本文介绍了目前存在的多项煤调湿技术,对它们作了全方面的对比评价,为各焦化厂采用适宜的煤调湿技术提供了具有一定价值的参考性建议。China is the biggest coke production country in the world. The coking coal used in the Coking Plant is cleaned coal, so the problem of higher water content (9% - 12% ) in the coal generally exists. The adoption of the coking coal humidifying technology, with the charged coal steadily kept at about 6% , can cut down the coking heat consumption amount, increase the throughput of coke ovens, improve the quality of coke and prolong the service life of coke ovens. This paper presents some coal humidifying technologies used at present, makes an overall comparison and evaluation of them in an all-round way, providing suggestions with some reference value for various coking plants in adopting fitting coal humidifying technologies.
