摘　　要：针对振动台支撑框架使用寿命低，安装工期长的现状，重新设计支撑框架的结构尺寸、研究应用铜管混凝土结构、对支撑装置采用新技术、新方法高效化安装，提高了振动台满足连铸机生产需要。Aimed at the present situation of vibrating table supporting frame with lower service life and longer time limit for installation, the structure and sizes of the supporting frame were re-designed, steel pipe-concrete structure researched on and applied and high efficiency installation of the supporting device was done with new technologies and methods, satisfying the need of the continuous caster in production for the vibrating table.
