摘　　要：步进式加热炉采用单蓄热式燃烧技术、新型燃烧装置、合理选用耐火材料和炉墙结构、炉压控制、变频调速、强制汽化冷却多项节能减排技术，通过合理计算与设备选型，节能效果显著。Many energy-saving and emission-reducing technologies such as single regenerative combustion technology, new-type burning device, rational selection of refractories and furnace wall structure, furnace pressure control, frequency control and forced evaporation cooling were adopted in walking-beam furnaces, viarational calculations and the model selection of equipment, marked effect was achieved.
