摘 要:为给山茶的抗寒机理的研究提供依据,通过差异蛋白质组学方法,利用2-DE差异显示和质谱分析法,研究了山茶在低温条件下蛋白质的变化。结果表明,在低温处理后有6个蛋白消失,分别是247、205、309、305、163、304号蛋白,有3个新出现的蛋白,分别是180、264、261号蛋白;经质谱鉴定,在低温处理后新出现的蛋白是264号磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶蛋白、261号推定的RING型锌指蛋白和180号的假想蛋白,消失的蛋白是205和247号2个核酮糖1,5-二磷酸羧化酶前体、163和309号2个假想蛋白、304号未知蛋白和305号未命名蛋白产物。这些蛋白都可能是与山茶抗寒性相关的蛋白网络中的一部分,它们在山茶抗寒性形成中起着不同的作用。In order to provide basis for research on cold resistance mechanism in Camellia japonica L.,Changes of proteins in C.japonica L.under the condition of low temperature were studied based on differences of proteomics by using two-dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrographic analysis methods.The results showed that six proteins of 205,247,163,309,304and 305disappeared after low temperature treatments,and three new proteins of 264,261 and 180appeared.The results of mass spectrographic analysis showed that the new proteins were phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase 264,putative RING zinc-finger protein 261,hypothetical protein 180,respectively.The disappearing proteins were two ribulose-bisphosphate carboxylase 205and 247,a unknown protein 304,a unnamed protein product 305,and two hypothetical proteins 163and 309.All of those proteins were probably apart of network which were related to cold resistance in C.japonica L.
