摘　　要：针对电力两票系统"五防"功能的欠缺,设计了一种用于确保电力系统作业安全的硬件防护装置。介绍了系统硬件采用无线射频识别技术(RFID),识别操作的电力设备兼有验电报警、显示和存储误操作设备的功能,可防止误操作,再配以两票软件系统,能从根本上杜绝事故的发生。完善后的两票系统,使用方便,给现场运行提供了安全保障。Aiming at remedy the defects of five preventions in electric power two-ticket system,this paper designs a hardware protective device to guarantee safe operation.It also introduces the system hardware adopting radio frequency identification（RFID） and its electric power device,used for reorganization,combining electricity testing alarm,fault display and storage which can prevent fault by adopting tow-ticket software system in hardware system.The revised two-ticket system enjoys convenience and safe guarantee in the on site operation.
