摘  要:应用正交实验法进行一系列死空间初始释放瓦斯膨胀能实验,从而建立一系列条件下的初始释放瓦斯膨胀能数据库;通过利用热力学和流体力学理论推导出,在一定的温度、瓦斯压力与死空间体积等条件下,煤样罐内死空间涌出的初始释放瓦斯膨胀能的计算表达式。据此验证一些实验测定的数值,经对比理论值和实验值两者差距较小,能够满足工程实际需要。Applying orthogonal experiment method made a series of the initial releasing gas expansion energy emissed in dead space experiments,and conducted database of the initial releasing gas expansion energy under a series of conditions; by making use of therdynamics anf hydrodynamics theories deduced the calculation expression of the initial releasing gas expansion energy emissed in dead space of coal sample pot under definite temperature,gas pressure and volume of dead space conditions. accordingly vertified some experimentally determined values,and the comparison between theoretical and experimental values gap is smaller,which can meet the engineering requirements.
