摘  要:矿井乏风氧化装置利用热逆流氧化技术,使乏风中的低浓度甲烷在高温下氧化并放出热量,具有环保和节能的双重意义。对矿井乏风氧化装置内的蜂窝蓄热体的单管通道建立了数学模型,利用FLUENT软件对单管通道内的三维非稳态流动及换热过程进行了数值模拟,得到了蜂窝蓄热体内纵向温度分布、横截面的温度和速度分布、蓄热体纵向温度的瞬时变化规律以及蓄热体的温度效率和压力损失等参数,为矿井乏风氧化装置的设计计算提供了参考。Regenerative thermal oxidizer for ventilation air methane can treat and utilize low concentration of methane by using thermal flow-reversal oxidization technology,with the double meaning of environmental protection and energy saving. In the oxidizer the temperature of VAM increases to a sufficiently high level,so that methane is oxidized and produces heat. Three-dimensional numerical simulation was developed to investigate unsteady flow and heat transfer in ceramic honeycomb by using FLUENT software. The distributions of temperature and velocity of gas,and the temperature variation of honeycomb at the length direction were obtained. The thermal efficiency and pressure drop were also obtained,which can provide valuable reference for design calculation of the oxidizer.
