摘　　要：以褐煤为原料采用鲁奇加压气化生产甲醇的主要特点是原料气中甲烷含量高,须将甲烷转化成有效合成气。本文主要围绕不同的转化方案,从投资、运行费用等几方面分析了不同的合成圈方案,并进行比较,为同类装置的设计提供参考。The major problem for methanol plant adopting feed gas produced by lignite coal based Lurgi pressurized gasifier is its high content of methane that needs to be transformed into effective component before synthesis loop.This paper puts forward different process option,followed by analyzing and comparing on investment,operation cost and so on,that may be helpful for similar plant design.
