摘　　要：近年来,黑龙江省装备制造业有了很大的发展,成为全国装备制造业的大省。但是,由于产品技术水平低,高新技术产品少,缺乏核心技术等原因,装备制造业集群的竞争力在全国仍处于中游水平。黑龙江省应通过发挥政府的主导作用,营造有利于技术进步的社会环境,加强科技体系建设、专业化市场体系建设和人才工程建设等措施,实现装备制造业集群的技术创新,拉动地方经济的增长。In recent years,the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang has made great development and become a leading province of equipment manufacturing industry all over the country。 However,due to lack of high-tech products and core technology,the competitiveness of Heilongjiang equipment manufacturing clusters still lies in intermediate level。 Therefore,Heilongjiang province should play the leading role of the government to create social environment favorable to technical progress,increase system construction on technology,professionalism market,and talent project to realize technical innovation of equipment manufacturing clusters and to push the development of local economy。
