摘　　要：分析STCW公约马尼拉修正案对航海教育和培训的影响,阐述青岛远洋船员职业学院对修正案的应对策略与发展实践,即积极参与公约修正工作、深入开展教育与培训改革、加强内涵与品牌建设、努力加强实训室建设、着力师资队伍打造与整体素质提升。The article analyses the influence of STCW Manila amendment case on maritime education and training,talks about strategies and practice of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College,i.e,it should involve in the amendment and reform of education and training,strengthen intension and brand construction,build on-site training room and improve the quality of teachers.
