黄连素联合尼群地平治疗原发性高血压合并心功能不全初步观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄连素联合尼群地平治疗原发性高血压合并心功能不全的临床疗效。方法:对原发性高血压合并心功能不全患者31例采用黄连素联合尼群地平治疗,6 w后比较治疗前后血压、心功能、心率及心电图变化情况。结果:治疗6 w后观察到血压稳定下降,心功能不全症状改善,总有效率81.3%,反映心功能的指标心电图V1导联P波终末电势(PtfV1)及左室射血分数(LVEF)降低。结论:黄连素与尼群地平联合使用治疗原发性高血压合并心功能不全疗效佳。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of berberine combined with nitrendipine on the treatment of patients with essential hypertension and cardia insufficiency. Methods：31 patients with essential hypertension and cardia insuffi- ciency were treated with berberine combined with nitrendipine for 6 weeks.Heart function,blood pressure,heart rate and electrocardiogram of patients were detected before and after treatment. Result：6 weeks after treatment,blood pressure of patients was reduced, symptoms of patients were improved, total effective rate was 81.3%. Compared with prior treatment, PtfV1 was reduced and LVEF was decreased. Conclusion：Berberine combined with nitrendipine has good therapeutic effect on patients with essential hypertesion and cardia insuffciency.
