摘  要:受附面层和二次流的影响,涡轮导向器出口流场呈现三维特性,需使用五孔探针进行测量。本文参考相关资料,发展了一种适用范围较广的五孔探针数据处理方法,并编制了计算程序。经验证,该程序对马赫数计算的不确定度不大于1.5%,气流角计算的不确定度不大于0.5°,精度满足工程需要。将其用于某导向器出口流场测量,取得了较好的效果。The outlet flowfield of turbine nozzle can not be considered as a 2-dimensional distribution because of the effects of boundary layer and secondary flow.It is measured by using 5-hole probe usually.In this paper,a widely applicable method of data processing of 5-hole probe has been developed,and a calculation program has been written.It is validated that the uncertainty of computation is less than 1.5% in Mach number,and 0.5 degree in flow angle.This accuracy can meet the demands of normal projects.It has been applied to the measurement of a turbine nozzle outlet flowfield,and the good results have been gotten.
