摘　　要：本文围绕分子生物学技术中的PCR-DGGE技术,介绍了PCR-DGGE的技术优缺点,并结合当前的废水处理新技术,尤其是在新型脱氮工艺方面的应用进行综述,并对未来废水生物处理中PCR-DGGE的应用进行了展望.This paper focuses on PCR-DGGE technology in Molecular Biology,discussing the history of PCR-DGGE,the basic theory and its advantages and disadvantages,summarizes the application of this PCR-DGGE technology,especially in the field of nitrogen removal,by combining with the present new technology of biological wastewater treatment and its future development.
