摘　　要：目的探讨CT定位微创穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的方法。方法早期CT定位下确定穿刺点,置管引流,对血肿进行吸取,术后应用尿激酶溶解凝血块,引流残余血肿。结果与结论本术治疗创伤小、疗效确切、简便易行、费用低、恢复快(平均住院20天左右)。有效降低颅内压,缓解血肿造成的占位效应,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical Eff icacy of aspiration of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage under CT guidance.Method The puncture point was determined under CT guidance,and the catheter was placed to drainage.Urokinase was used to dissolve the clot after surgery,and then the residual hematoma was drainage.Results and Conclusions This treatment has minimal injury for the patient.It is effective and easy to operate with low cost and rapid recovery for patient（with average 20 days hosting in hospital）.This treatment may reduce intracranial pressure effectively and ease the hematoma caused by mass effect.
