综合性护理在下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成综合性介入治疗的护理方法,以提高手术成功率,减少术中术后并发症。方法对53例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,采用介入治疗过程的综合性护理干预,包括整体护理方法、专科护理方法。观察护理结果并总结护理经验,结果治愈31例、显效16例、改善6例。治疗过程穿刺点渗血6例。结论护理技术的综合运用可有效的预防和减少并发症、提高治愈率、降低死亡率,是下肢深静脉血栓形成介入治疗病人最有效护理方法。objective Discussion of deep vein thrombosis comprehensive interventional therapy of nursing methods,In order to improve the success rate of operation,Decrease operative complications.Methods In 53 patients with venous thrombosis extremities agent,Using the intervention process of comprehensive nursing intervention,Including the holistic nursing methods,Specialized nursing methods.The observation and nursing experience of nursing,Results 31 patients cured,while excellent result was seen in 16 cases and obvious,improvement in 6 cases,Treatment process puncture point ooze blood in 6 cases.Conclusion The comprehensive use of nursing technique can effectively prevent and reduce the complications,To improve the curative effect,Reduce mortality,is Deep vein thrombosis interventional treatment for patients the most effective method of nursing.
