饭店加入区域联盟的动因、条件与类型决策研究

摘　　要：阐述了饭店加入区域联盟的入盟动因,并分析了饭店入盟所需考虑的内外部加盟条件。以此为基础,分析了饭店选择联盟类型的决策方向,并提出了各种主要联盟类型的决策要素。The motivation and the decisional requirement in and outside of hotel entering regional alliance are expounded and analyzed.Based on this,the decision direction of hotel entering hotel alliance is analyzed and the decision elements of main kinds of hotel alliances are put forward.
