摘　　要：目的探讨单臂多功能外固定架结合有限内固定治疗严重粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对35例严重粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的病例采用单臂多功能外固定架结合有限内固定治疗并进行随访分析。结果随访9—24个月（平均18个月），优23例、良9例、中3例，优良率为91．4％，平均愈合时间8个月。结论单臂多功能外固定架结合有限内固定是治疗严重粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的一种很好的方法，值得推广应用。Objective To examine the clinical efficacy of use of unilateral multifunctional external fixator combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of severely eomminuted fracture of the tibia and fibula. Methods A total of 35 patients with severe comminuted fracture of the tibia and fibula were treated by using unilateral multifunctional external fixator combined with limited internal fixa- tion and follow - up analysis was made. Results Follow - up lasted 9 - 24 months （ an average of 18 months）. Among the 35 cases,the clinical efficacy of 23 patients was classified as excellent, that of 9 as fair and that of 3 as medium. The fine rate was 91.4% and the average healing time was 8 months. Con- clusion Use of unilateral multifunctional external fixator with limited internal fixation is effective in the treatment of severely comminuted fracture of the tibia and fibula, and it merits generalization.
