摘 要:本文对60例非细菌性的慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液用PCR和培养法同时进行解脲脲原体的检测,结果显示:PCR技术的阳性率为15.0%,培养法的阳性率仅为6.7%;20例正常人对照组均为阴性。两组差异显著(P<0.01)。该结果还表明,PCR技术检测前列腺液中解脲脲原体的方法简单、特异,可替代培养技术,并可作为解脲脲原体病原学检查和疗效考核的监测手段。PCR and cultivation detection for Ureaplasma urealyticum in prostatic secreta of 60 patienes with nonbacterial chronic prostatitis were carried out simultaneously.The positive rate of PCR was 15 0% and the positive rate of cultivation was only 6 7% Twenty normal healthy subjects were used as control and all showed negative The difference between the chronic prostatitis and the normal controls was statistically significant (P<0 01) The results also showed that PCR was a specific and simple method for detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum in prostatic secreta PCR would replace cultivation as monitoring instrumentalily of etiological examinition and therapeutic evaluation of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection
