摘 要:目的编制哮喘儿童自我管理量表,为儿童哮喘健康教育效果评价提供依据。方法运用文献检索和深度访谈的方法编制了哮喘儿童自我管理量表的初始条目;运用此量表对492名哮喘儿童(7~17岁)进行调查,并对数据进行信度和效度检验。结果量表各项指标均达到心理测量学标准:量表各条目临界比(CR值)达到显著性(P<0.05),各条目与总分相关大于0.20,表明该量表有较好区分度。探索性因素分析以及验证性因素分析结果证明了该量表的结构较为合理;内部一致性信度(Cronbach′α)0.866;分半信度0.902;重测信度0.876。结论哮喘儿童自我管理量表具有较好的信度和效度,可作为科学评估儿童哮喘自我管理健康教育效果的工具。Objective To formulate an self-management scale for asthmatic children so as to provide a basis for evaluation of health education effect on children asthma.Methods The literature retrieving and intensive interviews were used to work out an initial scale items.And then by using this scale 492 asthma children (7~17 years) were investigated,and the reliability and validity of the data were also tested.Results Each index of scale meeted the psychometric requirements.The critical ratio (CR) values of all scale items were of statistic significance (P〈0.05).The values of item-total correlation were all over 0.20,which indicated a good discrimination of the scale.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis suggested the structure of the scale was rational,the Cronbach's α was 0.866,split-half reliability 0.902 and test-retest reliability 0.876.Conclusion The asthma children self-management scale has a good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for scientific evaluation of health education effect on children asthma.
