乙氧苯柳胺软膏随机对照双盲治疗神经性皮炎

摘　　要：为研究５％乙氧苯柳胺软膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效和安全性，以０．０２５％氟轻松软膏作为阳性对照，进行了随机，对照，多中心，双盲，平行性的Ⅱ期临床试验。两药分别均匀涂擦患处，每日３次，连续４周。结果表明：乙氧苯柳胺软膏治疗５０例神经性皮炎的总有效率２周时为５２％，４周时为７８％；氟轻松软膏治疗５０例神经性皮炎的总有效率２周时为４０％，４周时为７２％。４周疗程内，乙氧苯柳胺软膏有１例发生轻度药物不良反应，氟轻松软膏有１例发生中度不良反应，药物不良反应发生率均为２％。结果提示乙氧苯柳胺软膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效和安全性均较好。To study the efficacy and safety of 5% etofesalamide ointment in the treatment of neurodermatitis, a randomized, double blind, controlled clinical trial was performed. Fifty patients were given etofesalamide ointment and other 50 patients were given 0.025% fluocinolone acetonide ointment (FAO) thinly on the surface of suffered skin 3 times a day for 4 weeks. The results indicated that the effective rate of etofesalamide ointment was 52% at 2 weeks and 78% at 4 weeks, respectively. And FAO was 40% at 2 weeks and 72% at 4 weeks respectively. The adverse reaction of both drugs were slight and were noted only in 2%. The results suggest that etofesalamide ointment may have an efficacy and tolerance similar to that of FAO in the treatment of neurodermatitis.
