基于产学研合作的人才培养模式的实践

摘　　要：产学研结合的教学模式，在我国高等教育中取得共识。在国内和国外产学研的研究基础上，服装专业通过“建立基础实习基地”、“项目课题实际突破”、“校企共建工作室”等多种形式的产学研一体化教学模式，努力探索课堂教学改革，摸索出一条符合专业特色的产学研人才培养模式，激发学生的学习热情，提高教学质量。Most people in high education in China reach a consensus on cooperative education model of enterprise, university and scientific research organization. Based on the research on home and abroad, a new personnel training model consisted of different cooperative education method, for example ＂setting practice base＂, ＂settling project issue＂, and ＂building working room by university and enterprise＂ and so on, was established. Through carrying out this personnel training model of cooperative education, students＇ learning passion are aroused and the quality of teaching was raised.
