摘　　要：急性化学中毒事故具有突发性强、危害面广、处置专业性强等特征,要求其医疗应急救援须严格遵循特定原则.其临床救治要点包括：清除未吸收的毒物、促进已吸收毒物的排出、应用特效解毒剂、实施合理氧疗、机械通气、高压氧治疗、综合对症支持治疗和心理治疗.acute chemical poisoning accidents has sudden strong., and disposal specialist firms--many features, request the medical emergency rescue must strictly abide by the principle of specific.
