退捻加捻法测试涤纶环绽纱捻度的实验分析

摘　　要：本文选用了不同号数、不同设计捻度的涤纶环锭纱七种，分别采用六种不同的捻度测试方法测试涤纶环锭纱的捻度，从测试结算可看出，相对于设计捻度，三倍退捻加捻法的测试误差最小，滑移法的测试误差最大，这为纺织厂或研究单位在测试涤纶环锭纱捻度时选择恰当的方法提供了科学的依据。The twist of seven kinds of polyester ring spinning yarns with different yarn linear density and different machine twist level was determined by six kinds of different twist testing methods It is found that the difference between test result obtained with triple twisting method and machine twist is the lowest and the difference between test result obtained with sliding method and machine twist is the highest This provides scientific basis for measuring twist of polyester ring spinning yarn in textile mill and research institute
