摘　　要：目的：了解上海、广州、大连、长沙、武汉、重庆六个城市贫困市民的身体健康状况,并探讨影响城市贫困市民身体健康的因素.方法：采用分层抽样的方法对1116名贫困市民进行入户调查;城市贫困市民的基本情况用描述性分析;用Logistic回归分析筛选出影响城市贫困市民身体健康的因素,并建立回归方程.结果：文化程度、职业、家庭收入主要来源、是否患慢性病、家庭经济状况五个因素影响城市贫困市民的身体健康状况（P＜0.01）.结论：提高城市贫困人群的文化技能素质,拓宽经济来源渠道,改善其身体健康状况.Objective：Understand the health status of poor people on Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dalian, Changsha, Wuhan, and Chongqing , and discuss the affecting factors of the urban health. Method：Carry on the investiga,-ion to 1116 impoverished residents with stratified random cluster sampling; analyze the impoverished resident＇s basic situation with the deaeriptive; screen the affecting factors of the urban health with Logistic regression analysis, and establishe the regression equation;Resrlts：It having statistics significance is literacy, the profession, the main source of household income, Whether suffering from chronic diseasea, the family economic situation （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： We should improve the urban poor quality of the literacy and skill ,and expand the source of income channel , and improve their health condition.
