补心方剂对致死量^(60)Coγ射线辐射小鼠外周循环血液内皮细胞的影响

摘  要:目的:观察中医补心方剂对致死量^(60)Coγ射线辐射小鼠外周循环血液内皮细胞的影响。方法:BALB/c小鼠经致死量^(60)Coγ射线辐射后,分成两批,一批给补心方剂5天;另一批回输外周血造血干细胞后,并给补心方剂5天。然后分别采集外周血,经Percoll密度梯度分层液处理后,得到较高纯度循环内皮细胞(CEC),观察形态并计数。结果及结论:两批辐射小鼠外周循环血液内皮细胞均增多。炙甘草汤、天王补心丹、当归补血汤有对抗辐射,减少循环血液内皮细胞作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of tonifying heart formulas on endothelial cell in peripheral circular blood in rats after ^60Coγ ray irradiation with lethal dose. Methods: BALB/C mice after ^60Coγ ray irradiation with lethal dose were randomly divided into two groups : group drenching rats with tonifying heart formulas for five consecutive days;group drenching mrs with tonifying heart formulas for five consecutive days before periplreral blood stem cell reinfused into. Then peripheral blood samples were collected from two groups respectively. Using Percoll density gradient centrifugation, we had Circulating endothelial cells(CEC) with higher purity. The number and shape about the CEC of both group were observed. Results and conclusion: endothelial cell in peripheral circular blood in rats after irradiation increased in both groups. Zhigancao soup, Tianwangbuxin Dan, Dangguibuxue soup have the anti - radiation effect and can reduce the number of CEC.
