陕西省农村居民财产性收入的统计分析及预测

摘　　要：根据陕西省1993—2008年的实际数据,建立农村居民财产性收入的回归模型,检验了模型的合理性,并应用该模型预测了2010年陕西省农村居民财产性收入的发展趋势。最后提出了增收建议:大力发展农村经济,增加财产数量,改变农民的投资理财观念,加快农村信息化建设,健全土地征用及房屋租赁等制度。Based on the actual data of Shaanxi Province from 1993 to 2008,we established the statistical model of property income of rural residents to predict the trend of its development,and proposed that it was the right way to raise the property income of rural residents to develop the rural economy,increase the amount of property finance,change the investment ideas of the farmers,speed up information construction in rural areas,improve the land expropriation and housing leasing system.
