摘　　要：重型汽车装配,驾驶室总成与底盘的搭接是通过自行转运小车将驾驶室总成转运至总装配线完成对接的。通过自行转运小车吊臂上的定位块来满足多品种不同规格的驾驶室总成的吊放,定位块设计的合理性承载着驾驶室转运质量及安全性。The assembly of heavy-duly tracks and that of cabs, the connection of chassis are completed by transporting the assembly of the cabs to the assembly lines by the use of antomatically transporting cars.The assembly of the cabs of various stardards are positional by the use of the position-fixing blocks on the jobs of the automatically transporting cars.The transporting quality and security of the cabs assembly depends on the rationality of the position-fixing blocks design.
