摘  要:目的建立肿节风中总黄酮含量测定的方法并检测其不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法于500nm波长处测定肿节风中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁质量浓度在0.3515~3.1635g/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.78%,RSD=0.51%(n=9);其叶、茎、根中总黄酮含量分别为3.17%,2.38%,2.11%(n=5)。结论所用方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为该药材中总黄酮含量检测的方法。Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids in different sections in Herba Sarcandrae.Methods Using rutin as the reference substance,the total flavonoids in Herba Sarcandrae were determined by UV absorption at 500 nm.Results The linearity of rutin was obtained within the range of 0.351 5-3.163 5 g /L(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 98.78% and RSD was 0.51%(n = 9).The content of total flavonoids in Herba Sarcandrae from leaf was 3.17%,branch was 2.38% and root was 2.11%(n = 5).Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate and reliable,which can be used as the quality control method to determine total flavonoids in Herba Sarcandrae.
