摘　　要：目的建立测定回春如意胶囊中芦丁含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为SupelcoC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(体积比32:68),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为257nm。结果峰面积对质量浓度的回归方程为Y=26.522X-0.65,r=0.9999(n=5),芦丁质量浓度在0.2096～1.048g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.33%,RSD为1.08%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法操作简便、结果准确,可用于本品的含量测定与质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of rutin content in Huichunruyi Capsules.Methods The HPLC method was developed,using the Supelco C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）,the detection wavelength was at 257 nm.The mobile phase was methanol-1% glacial acetic acid（32：68）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL /min.Results The regression equation of peak area and concentration was Y = 26.522 X-0.65,r = 0.999 9.The linear range of rutin was 0.209 6-1.048 g /L.The average recovery was 97.33%,RSD was 1.08%（n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the content determination and quality control of Huichunruyi Capsules.
