摘  要:目的优选马齿苋中黄酮类化合物的提取方法及工艺。方法以马齿苋中黄酮类化合物的含量为检测指标,采用微波-超声波技术,通过正交试验确定最佳提取工艺,在相同的条件下确定最佳提取方法。结果最佳提取工艺为加入所提取马齿苋20倍量的70%乙醇,在微波功率600W下处理5min,置80℃温水浴中超声提取2次,每次提取15min;提取产率为11.35%,相同条件下超声波法和微波法的提取产率分别为5.79%和4.56%。结论微波-超声波协同萃取提取马齿苋中的黄酮类化合物具有高效、省时、节能等优点,在中药提取中具有良好的应用前景。Objective To optimize the extractive method and technology of flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea.Methods With flavonoids of Portulaca oleracea as the evaluation index,the technology of microwave-ultrasonic was adopted and the optimum extractive process was study through orthogonal test.Under the condition of the same factor,the best extractive method was determined.Results Through orthogonal experiment,the best extraction technology was adding 70% alcohol as solvent with 20-fold amount of medicinal materials,the power of microwave 600 W,the treatment time of microwave 5 min,and the ultrasonic extraction for twice,15 min each time in 80 ℃ water,the extraction ratio was 11.35%.The extraction ratio of ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction was 5.79% and 4.56% respectively under the same factor.Conclusion The synergistic extraction of microwave-ultrasonic is efficient,time-saving and energy-saving in extracting the flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea.It has good prospects in the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.
