摘　　要：目的探讨住院药房的管理模式。方法分析某院住院药房的规模和工作特点,有针对性地采用药品金额费别分类管理、依据工作数据严格控制工作质量、工作质量自我分析评价等措施进行管理。结果与结论住院药房现有工作模式完全能够保证完成药品供应保障任务,但还应在住院药房内部推行全流程精细化管理,更加重视控制药品月末库存资金占用率和断货率,以优化药品库存品种结构和数量。Objective To discuss the management mode of inpatient pharmacy.Methods To analyze the inpatient pharmacy scale and work characteristics.To take the pointed measures to manage,such as the categorized regulation on drug sum,strict quality control according to working data,self-assessment of working quality.Results and Conclusion The current working pattern is well suitable to fulfill the mission of drug supply.Meanwhile,the whole-process fine management will be introduced in the inpatient pharmacy,more emphasis will be put on the control of the drug shortage rate and the occupancy rate of month end inventory funds to optimize the variety structure and quantity of drug stocks.
