摘 要:目的介绍我院静脉药物配置中心排药工作流程再造,以减轻排药人员劳动强度,降低排药差错和药品破损率。方法结合计算机功能,对静脉药物配置中心排药工作流程、工作方法进行改进,并比较流程再造前后平均药品破损率和平均排药差错率。结果新的工作流程实施后,平均药品破损率由2007年的0.022%降为2008年的0.005%,平均排药差错率由2007年的0.038%降为2008年的0.013%。结论实施流程再造后,有效降低了药品破损率和排药差错率。新的工作流程体现了管理的科学性。Objective To introduce the process reengineering of drug dispensing in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS) to reduce labour intensity,mistakes and drug breakages.Methods To improve the work process and work method of drug dispensing in PIVAS combined with computer technology.Then,to compare the average drug breakage rate and the average drug dispensing mistakes rate pre and post the process reengineering.Results The new work process adapted to present workload.The average drug breakage rate was reduced from 0.022% in 2007 to 0.005% in 2008.The average drug dispensing mistakes rate was reduced from 0.038% in 2007 to 0.013% in 2008.Conclusion After the process reengineering,the drug breakage rate and drug dispensing mistakes rate are reduced effectively.The new work process reflects the scientificity of management.
