利喜定联合硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期、子痫降压疗效50例  

Effects of Urapidil Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in Treating Serious Pre-Eclampsia and Eclampsia in 50 Cases

摘　　要：目的探讨利喜定对重度子痫前期、子痫的治疗作用。方法将93例重度子痫前期、子痫患者随机分成利喜定组50例和立其丁组43例。利喜定治疗组以5%葡萄糖250mL,加利喜定50mg静脉滴注,根据血压调整滴速,24h总量不超过100mg;立其丁治疗组以5%葡萄糖250mL,加立其丁20mg静脉滴注,根据血压调整滴速,24h总量不超过60mg。比较治疗前后的血压。结果用药15min后利喜定治疗组收缩压和舒张压开始明显下降,用药后15min,30min,2h后与立其丁治疗组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。两组产后出血胎儿宫内窘迫、围生新生儿窒息率、围生新生儿死亡率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论利喜定能迅速控制重度子痫前期、子痫患者的血压,防止并发症,并能有效延长未足月孕妇孕周,提高围产儿存活率。Objective To study the curative effects of urapidil on serious pre-eclampsia and eclampsia.Methods Ninety-three pregnant women with serious pre-eclampsia and eclampsia were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in urapidil group were treated by urapidil and 43 cases in regitine group regitine.Urapidil 50 mg in 5% GS 250 mL was given in urapidil group by intravenous drip,and adjusted the drops according to the blood pressure with the total amount of 24 h≤100 mg.Regitine 20 mg in 5% GS 250 mL was given in regitine group by intravenous drip,and adjusted the drops according to the blood pressure with the total amount of 24 h≤60 mg.Results At 15 min after the injection,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in urapidil group began to go down remarkably.The difference at 15 min,30 min and 2 h after the treatment in urapidil group was significant compared to urapidil group（P 0.01）.Postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress,rate of neonatal asphyxia and perinatal mortality had no statistic significance between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion Urapidil can promptly control the blood pressure in pre-eclampsia and eclampsia,prevent complications effectively,prolong the gestational weeks of the immature pregnancy and raise the survival rate of perinatal infants.
