孟鲁斯特钠治疗呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎31例

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁斯特钠对患有呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的婴幼儿的治疗作用。方法将60例3月至3岁的呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿随机分为孟鲁司特钠组和常规治疗组,孟鲁司特钠组在常规治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠4～5mg/次,每晚1次,观察患儿呼吸道症状的变化趋势。结果坚持口服孟鲁司特钠28d后,治疗组咳嗽、呼吸困难等呼吸道症状均能得到明显改善,且无呼吸道症状的人数治疗明显减少,两组比较具有有统计学意义。结论孟鲁司特钠能明显改善呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿的呼吸道症状。Objective To observe the effect of oral montelukast in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus（RSV） pneumonia in infants.Methods 60 children patients（aged 3 months to 3 years） with RSV pneumonia were randomly divided into the montelukast group and the conventional group.The montelukast group was given the usual therapy and montelukast（4-5 mg once each night）.To observe the diversity tendency of respiratory symptoms between the two groups.Results After taking orally montelukast for 28 d,there was statistical difference between two groups.The symptoms such as cough and dyspnea were significantly reduced in the montelukast group,and the cases number without respiratory symptoms was decreased obviously with statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Montelukast could remarkably ameliorate the respiratory symptoms of infantile RSV pneumonia,which could be worthy to be spread in clinic.
