家兔胆囊炎模型腹部循胆经高温反应与NE、5-HT、E含量变化的观察

摘　　要：目的:研究兔胆囊炎模型循经高温反应与NE、E、5-HT含量的相关性。方法:健康家兔分为对照组和模型组。胆囊炎造模后,沿胆经腹段做体表红外热像观察。取2组胆经腹段部位组织做酶联免疫法检测NE、E、5-HT含量。结果:模型组循经高温反应部位的NE、5-HT含量明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:NE、5-HT与循胆经高温反应有一定相关性。Objective： The purpose of this experiment is to study the relevance of the response of NE,E,5-HT content with high temperature along the gall bladder meridian of rabbits with cholecystitis.Methods： Rabbits were divided into the normal control group and cholecystitis model.the body surface thermography of the abdominal along gall bladder meridian（GB） were detected by infrared imaging system,and then the NE,E,5-HT contents were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the subcutaneous tissues of high temperature reaction of the two groups.Results： The NE,5-HT levels were significantly higher than those of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion： The results suggest that the NE,5-HT have a certain extent relevance to the high temperature reaction along the gall bladder meridian.
