升血小板胶囊配合泼尼松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察升血小板胶囊配合泼尼松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法:选择48例ITP患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用升血小板胶囊联合泼尼松片治疗,对照组单用泼尼松治疗。结果:根据FAB疗效标准,治疗3个月后治疗组疗效显著优于对照组;1年后治疗组总缓解率显著优于对照组。结论:采用升血小板胶囊联合泼尼松片治疗ITP临床疗效优于单用泼尼松且缓解率高。Objiective： To observe the clinical effect of sheng xuexioaban capsules combined with prednisone on the treatment of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura（ITP）.Methods： 48 ptients of ITP were randomly divided into two groups,sheng xuexiaoban capsules combined with prednisone were given in treatment group,prednisone lonely was given in control group。Results： According to the FAB curative effect standard,after treatment of 3 months,the total efficiency rate of treatment group obviously surpasses the control group.1 year later,the rate of overall remission in the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group.Conclusion： Sheng xuexiaoban capsule is more effective than prednisone lonely was given in the treatment of ITP.
