摘　　要：小儿肌性斜颈是一侧胸锁乳突肌纤维化或挛缩所致头部向患侧偏斜,并随患者年龄增长而逐渐引起面部及头颅畸形的一种常见病.若早期得不到合理治疗,畸形将逐渐加重,严重者可形成颈椎侧凸,同时引起胸腰椎产生代偿性弯曲,造成永久性损害,自2007年4月～2010年2月采用坐位旋转扳法配合温水热敷治疗小儿肌性斜颈取得满意疗效,现报告如下.The young child muscular torticollis is one side chest locks the mastoid process muscle fiber or luan shrinks the result forehead to the trouble side crab, and grows along with the patient age causes the face and head abnormal one kind of common disease gradually. If the early time cannot obtain the reasonable treatment, abnormal gradually will aggravate, serious might form the cervical vertebra side to be raised, simultaneously will cause the chest lumbar vertebra to have redemptive to be curving,creates the permanent harm,-2010 years in February will use seat revolving from April,2007 to pull the law coordination lukewarm water hot compress to treat the young child muscular torticollis to obtain satisfaction curative effect,presently reports as follows.
