摘　　要：胸部外伤是临床常见疾病,常伴有复杂的肋骨骨折及严重肺挫伤,好并发血胸及气胸、膈疝等内脏损伤,单纯保守治疗常不能治愈,而传统的手术创伤大,恢复困难,胸腔镜手术具有微创、恢复快的优势,我们从2005年以来应用胸腔镜手术处理复杂胸部外伤47例,均取得良好效果.现总结如下.The chest flesh wound is the clinical common disease, often is accompanied by the complex rib bone fracture and the serious lung dampens, good concurrent internal organs damages and so on hemothorax and pneumothorax, diaphragmatic hernia,the pure conservative treatment often cannot cure, but the traditional surgery wound is big, restores the difficulty, the thoracoscope surgery has micro creates, restores the quick superiority, we have processed the complex chest flesh wound 47 examples since 2005 using the thoracoseope surgery,obtains the good effect. Presently summarizes as follows.
