摘　　要：目的：探讨面肌痉挛行显微血管减压术（MVD）围术期的护理方法.方法：对48例面肌痉挛患者行MVD,术前加强心理护理、术前准备,术后严密观察、对症处理.结果：本组48例患者术后46例完全缓解,2例明显缓解,均痊愈出院.结论：加强面肌痉挛行MVD的围术期护理,可减少术后并发症的发生.Objective：Discusses surface myospasm line of micro vnsodepression technique （MVD） to encircle the technique time the nursing method. Methods ：To 48 example surface myospasm patient line of MVD,in front of the technique in front of enhancement psyehology nursing,the technique prepares,after technique strict observation,just right for the illness processing. Results ：This group of 48 example patient technique latter 46 examples alleviate completely,2 example obvious alleviations,convalesces the out of hospital. Conclusion ：Enhancement surface myospasm line of MVD encircles technique time nursing,after may reduce the technique the complication occurrence.
