浅谈神经外科经口气管插管意外抜管的护理体会

摘　　要：在神经外科抢救危重患者时,因操作简便、省时、安全性高,故经口气管插管常被用于临床.意外抜管是经口气管插管患者的严重并发症之一,可导致呼吸困难、通气不足、缺氧、气道机械损伤、出血等严重后果,严重者可危及患者的生命.意外抜管又叫非计划性抜管（unplanned extubation,UEX）：是指未经医务人员同意,患者自行将气管插管拔出或气管插管脱落,也包括医务人员操作不当所致拔管.通过对我科出现的4例UEX现象总结经验,采取有效地护理措施,取得了满意效果.现将体会浅谈如下.Rescues the seriously injured patient when the neurosurgery department, because operates easily,time--saving, the security is high,therefore often uses in after the tone tube intuhation clinically. The accident pulling out tube is one of after tone tube intuhation patient＇s serious complications,may cause the breath difficulty, the ventilation insufficiency, the oxygen deficit, the gas channel mechanical damage, the hemorrhage and so on the serious results, serious to be possible to endanger the patient the life. The accident pulling out tube is called the non--planed pulling out tube （unplanned extubation,UEX） ：Is refers agreed without the medical personnel that,the patient draws out voluntarily the trachea intuhation or the trachea intubation falls off, also includes the medical personnel to operate does not work as the result cupping. Through 4 example UEX phenomenon summary experience which appears to my branch, adopts nurses the measure effectively, has obtained the satisfactory effect. Presently realized discusses shallowly as follows.
