摘　　要：目的：总结14例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者人造血管置换术的护理体会.方法：根据主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的生理特点,针对性地对其进行术前、术后护理,并进行出院指导.结果：全组病人14例手术治疗均痊愈.结论：加强人造血管置换术患者的术前、术后护理,有利于减少术后并发症,提高患者术后生存率,促进患者早日康复.Objective：Summarizes 14 example aorta band aneurism patient man--made blood vessel to replace the technique the nursing experience. Methods ：According to the aorta band aneurism patient＇s physiological characteristic,pointed carries on in front of the technique,the technique after it nurses, and carries on the out of hospital instruction. Results ：The entire group patient 14 example surgeries treat convalesce. Conclusion ： After strengthens the man--made blood vessel to replace in front of the technique patient＇s technique, the technique nurses,is advantageous after the reduced technique the complication,after enhances the patient technique the survival rate,will promote the patient soon to be restored to health.
