摘　　要：目的：探讨神经外科重症患者呼吸道的护理方法,以提高其救治水平.方法： 回顾分析我科2008年1月至2009年12月的256例重症患者的临床资料.结果： 256例患者中,治愈172例（67.18%）,好转43（16.79%）例,自动出院19（7.42%）例,植物状生存14（5.46%）例,病死8（3.12%）例.结论： 实施有效的呼吸道管理及护理措施,可解除神经外科重症患者的呼吸道梗阻症状,改善脑缺氧及肺部感染,同时可进一步促进其脑功能恢复.Objective ：The diseussion neurosurgery department critically ill patient respiratory traet nursing method,enhances it to treat and eure the level. Methods：Reviews analyzes my branch from January,2008 to December,2009 256 example critically ill patient＇s clinical material. Results：In 256 example patients,cures 172 examples （67.18%） ,changes for the better 43（16.79%） example,leaves the hospital automatically 19（7.42%） example,the plant shape survives 14（5.46%） example,dies of illness 8（3.12%） example. Conclusion：Implements the effective respiratory tract management and the nursing measure,solvable eliminates the neurosurgery department critieally ill patient＇s respiratory trael obstruction symptom,improves the brain oxygen deficit and the lungs infects,simultaneously may further promote his/her the brain function to restore.
