摘 要:采用化学溶液沉积法制备了一系列不同厚度的具有上转换特性的电子俘获材料ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn薄膜,利用短波红外激光及双通道功率计测试了它们的上转换效率。指出了ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn薄膜的上转换效率不仅与厚度有关系,并且存在"耗尽"现象。ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn薄膜的上转换效率随着厚度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,厚度在30μm左右的薄膜上转换效率最高。Infrared upconversion and optical storage ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn film has been successfully developed by chemical solution deposition method,and the infrared upconversion efficiency of ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn films with different thickness has been investigated by using short infrared laser and double channel power meter.It is shown that the infrared upconversion efficiency of ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn film not only depends on the thickness,but also has the"exhaustion"phenomenon.With the increase of thickness,the infrared upconversion efficiency raises initially and then declines,and the ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn film with a thickness of about 30 μm has the highest infrared upconversion efficiency.
