摘　　要：设计了雷电信息监控中心软件。首先介绍雷电信息监控中心的功能、硬件与软件运行环境。接着介绍雷电信息监控中心的程序设计。该设计采用客户机/服务器模式,以VisualC++6.0软件作为开发平台;数据中心网络程序,是基于Sock-et的面向TCP/IP协议栈的网络编程。最后,介绍雷电信息监控中心与GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线业务)模块正常通信的必要设置,包括GPRS终端参数的设置、服务器端口参数设置等。实验表明,雷电信息监控中心实现了与GPRS无线通信模块的通信功能。The monitoring center software for lightning information is designed.First,the function,hardware and software operating environment for lightning information monitoring center is introduced.Then,the programe design for lightning information monitoring center is introduced.The design adopt client/server model,and adopt Visual C＋＋6.0 software as development platform.And the data center network program is based on the Socket and TCP /IP protocol stack network program.Finally,the necessary settings for normal communication between lightning information monitoring center and GPRS（General Packet Radio Service） module,which include the parameters setting for GPRS terminal and the server port,is introduced.Experimental results show that lightning information monitoring center achieve communication function with GPRS module.
