摘  要:为延长装置生产周期、提高液体收率、增加经济效益,中国石油大庆石化分公司延迟焦化装置使用了Maxiconv8000型抑焦增液剂。结果表明,在装置操作条件稳定,注剂量为70μg/g时,焦炭和干气的产率分别降低0.39%和0.93%,轻质油收率和总液体收率分别增加了0.67%和1.32%;加热炉炉管表面温度大幅下降,加热炉炉管压降减小,有效地减缓了加热炉炉管结焦。In order to extend running period of plant,improve the liquid yield and increase economic benefit,anti-coking and increasing liquid yield booster Maxiconv8000 was applied in the delayed coking unit of Petro China Daqing Petrochemical Company.The results show that,for the stable operating conditions,with an additive adding dosage of adbout 70 μg /g,the yield of coke and dry gas was 0.39 and 0.93 percentages lower,the light oil yield and the total increased by 0.67 and 1.32 percentages ;The tube skin temperature of furnace droppes a lot ;The furnace tube pressure drop is reduced,the effect is significant.
