两种疗法对膝关节炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖配合针灸推拿手法及配合膝关节功能锻炼两组治疗方案对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法：选择65例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为针推组和锻炼组.两组在服用硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊的基础上,针推组配后中医针灸、推拿手法治疗 锻炼组配合膝关节功能锻炼,观察60天,分为治疗前、治疗后15天、30天、45天、60天5个观察点.观察两组治疗前后评分比值、两组对疼痛的影响.结果：①针推组的优良率为87.9%,锻炼组的优良率为87.5%.经X2检验,两组无显著性差异（P〉0.05）. ②针推组与锻炼组比较,治疗15天后疼痛值分别为：17.73±2.53,13.91±4.53 治疗30天后分别为：19.7±2.14,17.34±5.53,两组之间及两个时间点疼痛值均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.且针推组在该时间内均值更大. 结论：口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖配合膝关节功能锻炼和配合针灸推拿疗法均能有效治疗膝骨关节炎,提高患者膝关节功能 针推组比锻炼组在止痛方面起效更快.Objective：The observation oral administration sulfuric acid glucosamine coordination acupuncture and moxihustion massage technique and the coordinate knee joint function exercises two groups to treat the plan to the knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect. Methods： Chooses 65 example knee osteoarthritis patient,divides into the needle to push the group and the exercise group stochastically. Two groups in take the sulfuric acid glucosamine capsule in the foundation, after the needle pushes the group to match the Chinese medicine acupuncture and rnoxibustion, the massage technique treatment; The exercise group cOordinates the knee joint function exercise, observes 60 day, divides into before the treatment, treats latter 15 days, 30 day, 45 day,60 day 5 viewpoints. Around observes two groups to treat grades the ratio, two groups to the ache the influence. Results：（1）The needle pushes the group finely rate is 87.9 %, the exercise group fine rate is 87.5 %. After X2 examinations, two groups of non--significance difference （P〉0.05）. （2）The needle pushes the group and the exercise group compares, after treats 15 day the ache value respectively is ： 17. 78 ± 2. 53,13.91± 4.53 ; After treats 30 day respectively is ： 19. 7±2.14,17.34±5.53,between two groups and two time ache values have the significance difference （P〈0.05）. Also the needle pushes the group the average value to be bigger in this time. Conclusion： The oral administration sulfuric acid glucosamine coordination knee joint function exercise and the coordinate acupuncture and moxibustion massage therapy can treat the knee osteoarthritis effectively, enhances the patient knee joint function; The needle pushes the group to get up the effect the exercise group in the analgetie aspect to be quicker than.
