摘　　要：目的：探讨脑疝病人的护理体会.方法：对28例脑疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：28例中经手术治疗20例,保守治疗8例.出院时GCS评定结果,良好9例,中残3例,重残2例,植物状态1例,死亡13例.结论：对脑疝病人应分秒必争采取紧急抢救措施,及早手术治疗,清除血肿,有效缓解颅内高压,解除脑疝压迫,才能提高患者的生存率及生存质量.Objective： Discussion brain hernia patient＇s nursing experience. The method carries on the review analysis to 28 example brain hernia patient＇s clinical material. Results：In 28 examples treats 20 examples after the surgery, treats 8 examples conservatively. When out of hospital the GCS evaluation result,the good 9 examples, the remnant 3 examples,the heavy remnant 2 examples, the plant condition ] example,died 13 examples. Conclusion：Should seize every second and minute to the brain hernia patient to take the urgent rescue measure, the surgery treats early,eliminates the haematoma,alleviates in effectively the skull the high pressure,relieves the brain hernia oppression,can enhance patient＇s survival rate and the survival quality.
