摘　　要：目的：探讨为高血压脑出血术后患者实施早期安全有效的康复护理方法,达到理想的治疗护理效果.方法：将59例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采取常规治疗护理,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上根据病情实施相应的康复护理,比较两组患者并发症的发生情况.结果：观察组并发症明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：早期介入康复护理能减少卧床所致的并发症,提高护理质量.Objective：The discussion for hypertension cerebral hemorrhage technique future trouble implementation early time safe effective recovery nursing method,achieves the ideal treatment nursing effect. Methods.. Divides into the observation group and the control group stochastically 50 example patients,the control group adopts conventional treatment nursing, the observation group in the conventional treatment nursing foundation basis condition implementation corresponding recovery nursing, compared with two group of patient complication occurrence situation. Resnlts： The observation group complication obviously is short in the control group,the difference has statistics significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Early involvement recovery nursing can reduce the bed result the complication,improves the nursing quality.
